WELLINGTON Town will clinch the title in the Under 16 section of the Taunton & District Youth Football League if they take a point off Elmore in their game at Tiverton tomorrow (April 24, 7.30).

Although lying second from bottom of the six teams in the division, Elmore can still mathematically pip Wellington for the championship.

Wellington also play Staplegrove in the final of the Under 16 KO Cup on Taunton Town’s ground on Sunday (3.30p.m.).

Wellington are also through to the final of the Somerset Under 16 Shield where they will play Burnham on Sea at Middlezoy on Sunday, May 5, with a 3p.m. kick off.
