TREVOR Cook and Andy Stevenson won the Seniors’ Pairs summer knock out competition at Oake Manor Golf Club while the runners up were Alan Harman and Peter Taylor.

In the Ladies Tuesday Stableford Competition Rosemary Webber won division 1 scoring 37 points, Amanda Mather came second with 34 points and Mary Beakes was third with 33 points.

Ros Shepherd won division 2 with 34 points. Mary Wood was second with 33 points while Jenny Swann was third also with 33 points.

Jamie Short won the Wednesday Midweek Stableford Competition with 39 points, an incredible score off his -2 handicap which meant he shot a gross score of 65, 5 shots under the par of the course. Jamie Tong came second with 38 points while Richard Barker was third with 36 points.

The Ladies have completed their summer knock out competitions. The pairs competition was won by Ladies Competition Secretary Amanda Mather and Ladies Captain Liz How with the runners up being Helen White and Janet How.

Amanda Mather also won the Low Handicap singles knock out competition and Charlie Bolton was runner up. Mary Beakes won the High Handicap singles knock out competition with Karen Potter being the runner up.
