Natalie Lawrence at 1 won 11-15, 15-11, 15-13, 15-12. Barry Bartram at 2 won 15-12, 7-15, 14-16, 15-9, 15-5. Andrew Carpenter at 3 lost 11-15, 15-7, 11-15, 9-15. Mike Broom at 4 won 15-10, 16-14, 15-8 and Tom Hendy at 5 won 15-9, 15-10, 15-8. The final match score was Wyvern 4 Wellington 16.

The 2nd team were at home against Wyvern 5 and with a weakened side lost. Simon Buttars at 1 lost 4-15, 2-15, 4-15. James Pill-Waring at 2 lost 15-12, 12-15, 12-15, 13-15. Ed Barrett at 3 lost 8-15, 11-15, 8-15. Dan Keywood at 4 lost 15-9, 15-17, 15-11, 12-15, 9-15 and Elen Turner at 5 lost 115-8, 14-16, 13-15, 15-6, 11-15. The final match score was Wellington 5 Wyvern 18.

The previous Monday Wellington 2nd team were away against Street 2nd team and managed a 14-8 win. David Thorne at 1 won 15-6, 16-14, 15-3; Simon Butters at 2 lost 6-15, 16-14, 8-15, 15-13, 13-15; Ed Barrett at 3 won 16-14, 15-7, 11-15, 13-15, 15-10; Dan Keywood at 4 won 15-6, 15-3, 15-8; Guy Cox at 5 lost 4-15, 2-15, 0-15.
