The Wellington Carnival committee is hosting an official carnival after-party this Saturday (September 28).

The committee is inviting adults to join them in celebrating this year’s carnival at the Wellington Conservative Club, on the high street, for music and a bar ‘til late.’

Wellington Illuminated Carnival will take place this Saturday from 7.30pm.

The procession will begin at Rockwell Green and pass through Mantle Street and the town centre to the Priory. Entries for the Grand Procession are open until September 25.

The Wellington Carnival Official After Party is also open to non-members and is free to enter.

Due to licensing reasons, the event is for adults only.
