A CHARITY dance held in Wellington last year was such a success that it’s being repeated - and tickets are now on sale.

One Night of Elvis was held at Wellington Football Club in May and raised £1,750 for Stand Up to Cancer/Cancer Research UK.

It was organised by Ken and Jeanette Bird as a thank-you after Ken underwent two major cancer operations.

Now, Another Night of Elvis will take place on Saturday, July 13, at the football club.

Ken said: “It was a such a great night, we thought we’d do it again.”
