WELLINGTON face what will be one of their toughest away games of the season when they play Crediton in Regional Two South West tomorrow (Sat).

Both Wellington and Crediton have won three of their opening four matches with their points difference almost identical.

Wellington, however, go into the game without talented centre Ash Harney who snapped up three tries against Teignmouth last weekend. He is attending a wedding.

"The addition of Harney last weekend balanced our attack," said head coach Graham Dawe this week. "Fortunately Chris Batts, a centre who missed the game against Teignmouth, is available.

"I cannot really make a judgement about how well we are playing until we have played seven games. We don't know yet who are the strongest sides in the division.

"What we need to do is keep the boys in training and hopefully avoid injuries. It makes it much easier for selection."

Wellington and Crediton both have 15 points along with two other teams and trail leaders Sidmouth by four points.

Wellington 2nd XV, who have made a solid start to the season although they lost 25-21 at Somerton last weekend, are home to Hornets 3rd XV in Counties Three Somerset South tomorrow (3p.m.).

Wiveliscombe, who have lost their first four games in Counties One Western West, go in search of their first success of the season when they play away to leaders Plymstock Albion Oaks who have won their opening four fixtures.

Wiveliscombe 2nd XV are home to North Petherton in Counties Three Somerset South (3p.m.).
