LIAM Phillips and Mark Lister won all their games for Pot Blacks who beat Snipers 11-4 in Red Section of Wellington & District Summer Pool League.

SS Squad, also of the red division, enjoyed a good night with Paul Marks knocking in a hat trick in a 9-6 win against Mutts Nutts. Changing Lanes were involved in a close match with Mark Kerslake taking 3 from 3 to secure an 8-7 win over Legends. 

In the Yellow Division Guy Goodwin of Pocket Rockets won all his games in a 9-6 success against Row’s Rebels. Two Tees had a close match, taking the match to a final game decider which captain Terry Windsor won to beat Old Blues 8-7.

There was a cancelled match in this division which will result in a three-point deduction for the cancelling team. 

League action stops for the first round of the team knockouts. Rows Rebels play Pot Blacks at Club table two, Here 4 The Beer play Llegends at The Vic table 2, Old Blues play Mutts Nuts at Club bar, Pocket Rockets play Changing Lanes at The Vic bar.  All other teams have a bye into the next round of the competition.
