SOMERSET County Cricket Club's annual general meeting of members will be taking place at the Cooper Associates County Ground, in the County Room in Taunton on Wednesday, May 29, at 7p.m.

The meeting will be live streamed and recorded for those members unable to attend in person. Questions may also be asked in advance of the meeting by emailing [email protected] or by writing to Somerset County Cricket Club, AGM Questions, Cooper Associates County Ground, Taunton, TA1 1JT.

Questions should be submitted by Friday May 24. Members will also be given the opportunity to ask questions on the evening.

The agenda for the meeting is: I Introduction, 2 Apologies for absence, 3 To receive and approve the minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on May 2nd 2023, 4 To receive and, if approved, adopt the Report of the Board for 2023, 5 To receive and, if approved, adopt the Statement of Accounts for 2023; 6 To appoint Auditors for 2024; 7 Announce the outcome of the Appointed Director nominations.

Following the AGM there will be an informal Members Question and Answer sessionSomerset CCC members will be sent all the required documentation in the near future.
