WELLINGTON AFC Under 10s made the trip to play Huish Tigers on a bright Saturday morning, ready to take on the local side.

In a closely contested affair, the visitors coming away with four impressive performances, winning three games and drawing the other.

Right from the start, Wellington showcased their technical abilities, moving the ball with ease and creating numerous scoring chances. Their passing game was a sight to behold, as they drew the opposition in and then swiftly switched the point of attack.

The defensive work was also commendable, with the players closing down the opposition quickly and asserting their presence on the pitch.

The goalscorers on the day were a testament to Wellington's team effort. Jack Jorge found the net five times, Rowan Gibbons four times, and Rex Beatty three times. Louis Molloy and Fraser May also got in on the action, contributing to the team's impressive tally.
