The league programme ended last month with Pitch Plate Rejects finishing 11 points clear of the field in Division A. Paul May’s team ended the winter with an exciting three-pin victory over runners-up Hairy Ringers.

At the other end of the table, Catherine wheel ‘won’ the wooden spoon, winning only two matches all season. They ended with a 17-pin loss away to Pinpricks.

In Division B newcomers Brass Monkeys won the championship, losing only three games.
