THE Wellington Pantomime Group is celebrating 50 years with their latest production of Jack and the Beanstalk.
Wellington’s renowned Pantomime Group is preparing to celebrate an extraordinary milestone in January 2025, marking 50 years of bringing festive joy to the community with their much-anticipated production of the classic English fairytale.
Tickets for the upcoming Wellington Pantomime production of Jack and the Beanstalk are on sale now, which is showing from January 22-26, at the Wellesley Cinema.
This year's production has been uniquely written in-house, offering audiences an entirely original version of the classic tale.
As Jack sets off on a thrilling quest to climb the beanstalk, he’ll encounter a host of colourful characters and plenty of surprises along the way.
For five decades, the Wellington Pantomime Group has delighted audiences with their blend of humour, song, and local talent, and this year’s show is set to be no different.
With vibrant costumes, dazzling sets, and the live pantomime band, the 50th-anniversary production is a true celebration of their contribution to the arts and the local community.

Jack and the Beanstalk will run from January 22-26 with regular performances at 7.30pm as well as 10am and 2.30pm showings on Saturday, January 25.
