Wellington residents are being encouraged to wear their finest yellow clothes for St Margaret's Hospice's 'Wear it in Yellow' campaign.
The hospice charity is encouraging communities to parade their yellow attire from October 9 to October 15 as part of their efforts to raise £10,000.
The event will also see schools, workplaces and offices joining in the campaign to turn Somerset yellow.
Kerry Baillie, Community Partnerships Manager at St Margaret's Hospice, said: "We're so excited for Wear it Yellow this year and can't wait to see our community come together and get creative while turning Somerset yellow!
"We would love it if you could share your pictures with us on our socials and use the hashtag #wearityellow so we can turn Somerset yellow this October to celebrate hospice care.
"Every pound you raise makes a big difference and helps us to provide care and support to patients and their families across Somerset. So whether you donate £1 and wear yellow into work or host a bake sale to raise funds, we're truly grateful for any support you can give us."
Participants can grab a free fundraising pack from the charity's website and even grab a yellow outfit from Wellington's St Margaret's Hospice shop in Fore Street.
