POLICE are looking for a youth wearing a black hoodie and black headphones suspected of carrying out an opportunistic theft in Wellington of equipment being used for voluntary work in The Basins on Monday (July 8).

One of the Basins Volunteer Group had put down his jumper, a rake, hand pruner, and staff hook, and found them missing when he returned.
