NYNEHEAD Court’s recent ‘open Gardens’ event has raised £435.
The home’s National Garden Scheme (NGS) events are always well-attended by enthusiasts eager to see the home’s 14 acres during different seasons, as well as a tour by head gardener Justin Cole. The home also offers tea and cake and sells plants during the afternoon, raising further funds for the NGS.
Home manager Joanne Fenn said: “Our NGS Open Gardens events are always popular, and we are delighted that our second event of 2024 raised £435. The NGS Open Gardens is a wonderful initiative which raises money for many good causes.”
