Wellington Rugby Club U15s ended their season with their presentation day on Sunday.

They have enjoyed another successful season, playing 22 games despite the appalling weather causing many matches to be cancelled.

They ended their season by taking part in a big tournament in Bournemouh which attracted teams from all over the country.

They won 11 games, drew 2 and lost 9. Top try scorers were Olly Owen 23, Jonah Richardson 16, Tom Farrow 13, Bailey Lee 11 and Jonah Kyle 8. Top Goal kicker was Brock Vallance with 66 from 30 conversions and 3 penalties.

The end of season awards were awarded as follows: Player of the Year - Jonah Richardson; Players Players - Ashton Adams and Olly Owen; Most Improved - Bailey Lee; Spirit of Rugby - Jacob Allder  The Under 15s would also like to thank Towergate Insurance who again sponsored all the trophies for the U14s, U15s and Colts age groups.

*The Wellington club runs a very successful youth set-up which was produced many first team players.

The club has a number of experienced and fully qualified coaches headed by John Whiteman (minis and juniors).

A number of its Under 15 players have also been selected to be part of the Bristol Bears Rugby Academy.
