SOMERSET County Cricket Club’s Tom Abell will be the special guest at this year’s Harry Burden Memorial Luncheon when he will participate in a Q&A session.

This year’s luncheon will be held on Thursday, 21st November, two weeks earlier than usual, in the Long Room at the Cooper Associates County Ground.

The Harry Burden Memorial Luncheon, held annually in memory of the seven year old young cricketer who tragically passed away from leukaemia in 1995, is the main fundraising event of the Tony Coles Charitable Trust which gives grants to cricket clubs and schools for the development of youth cricket.

Tickets for the event, which includes a three-course meal, the presentations of the Harry Burden Young Cricketer of the Year and Harry Burden Bursary Awards and an auction in addition to the Q&A session, are priced at £35 each.
