WELLINGTON will be looking to make progress in the Jewson Western League's Les Phillips Cup when they play away to Gillingham Town tomorrow (Tues, October 22).
Wellington are lying 14th in the Premier Division and should be too strong for Gillingham who are rock bottom of the first division with only one victory from 17 games.
Wellington have won their last three matches - all at home - two in the league and one in the Somerset Premier Cup, a 7-0 thrashing of Middlezoy Rovers.
However Wellington boss Richard Cherry has been forced to regularly make numerous changes to the team because of unavailability and injuries.
Wellington did not play on Saturday because their league match at Brislington was called off because of a waterlogged pitch.
