THE draws for the next rounds of the Cyril Hicks Singles Shield and Harry Dowson Pairs Cup have been confirmed following the latest WESSL Management Committee Meeting, setting the stage for a thrilling round of competition.

The singles matches take place on Thursday, March 27th, at the Cottage Inn, with two stacked groups vying for a spot in the final.

The 8pm session features a high-stakes showdown between multiple-time champions Rob Higgs and John Lane, while the 9pm session sees defending champion John Barker pitted against the formidable Steve Trevelyan. With two very strong groups, every player will have to bring their best game to advance.

The Pairs Cup follows on Friday, March 28th, on the downstairs alley at the Victoria Arms, where new champions are guaranteed after the reigning titleholders were eliminated in the opening round.
