ROWS Rebels, of Yellow Division, won their first match in Wellington Summer Pool League by beating Old Blues 8-7.
There was a local derby at the RGWMC with Here for the Beer doing enough to take 8-7 win against division leaders Two Tees while Robert Powell of The Jets knocked in a hat trick in a victory by a similar score against Pocket Rockets.
In Red Division, Aiden Hodge of Changing Lanes potted an eight ball clearance but his team were on the losing side after Pot Blacks did enough to take an 8-7 win with Ashley Huggett winning all his games.
SS Squad remain unbeaten after their 10-5 win over Legends although Mutts Nutts head the division with Stewart Piper, Butch Cobbett and Ed Williams scoring hat tricks to beat Snipers 13-2.
Mutts Nutts have a one-point lead over SS Squad after five matches, having won four and lost one. SS Squad still have a 100 per cent record.
Bringing up the rear in this section are Snipers who have lost their opening five matches.
In Yellow Division, Two Tees have opened up a seven-point lead over second-placed Old Blues, having won four of their five games.
