WELLINGTON Reds maintained their bid to win the second division in the Taunton Saturday Football League when they beat title rivals Alcombe Rovers on the Playing Field.

Reds, who scored their goals in the second half through Jack Lewis and Ben Evett, have a one-point lead at the top of the table over former pacemakers Dunwear United who won 4-2 away to Porlock Reserves.
