A body has been discovered in the search for missing man Terry.

The 37-year-old Taunton man was last seen in the town on April 28. Terry's family and the police had been appealing for him to get in touch.

But on Monday, May 8, the search turned up a tragic discovery when a body was discovered in Dorset.

Although the identity of the body has yet to be formally identified, Terry's family have been notified.

A spokesperson for Avon and Somerset Police said: "We're sad to report a body was found yesterday in Dorset in the search for missing Terry."

"Although formal identification is yet to take place, we notified the 37-year-old's family last night.

"The death isn't believed to be suspicious and a file will be prepared for the coroner."
