Wellington School celebrated the end of term in traditional style for Commemoration Day and Prizegiving.
Upper Sixth Leavers enjoyed an emotional Chapel Service with Chapel Choir singing a range of heavenly music (augmented by many returning Old Wellingtonians).
The Corps of Drums made a dramatic entry to the quad (with smoke!) and delivered a perfect sequence before guests took their seats in the beautifully decorated marquee.
Old Wellingtonian Group Captain Toria McPhaden ADC delivered a thoroughly thought-provoking address before prizegiving took place.
There were emotional speeches from School Captains Rebecca Wynn and Finn Irving before Prosecco and photos on Sunken Garden and a delicious lunch for Upper Sixth students and parents rounded off the proceedings in truly traditional style.
