CHANGES to bus services in Wiveliscombe and West Somerset came into effect this week as Buses of Somerset tweaked its timetable for winter.

Both the no. 25 service from Taunton via Wiveliscombe to Dulverton and the no. 28 Minehead to Taunton route saw more stops added.
The 25 service now goes into the centre of Milverton instead of residents having to walk out of the village to the roundabout on the B3227 to catch the bus.
Buses of Somerset commercial director James Eustace said the change, for which Milverton Parish Council had been pressing, was in response to customer feedback.
The 28 Minehead service has seen the reinstatement of an extra Saturday afternoon bus for visitors and shoppers.
Mr Eustace said: “We are always reviewing our network, and as we are already starting to plan for next year’s changes, we welcome customer feedback on what they would like to see next.”
