ASHBRITTLE, East Huntspill and Churchinford play their first matches in Division One of the West Somerset Cricket League on Saturday (May 4) after all three were promoted.

Ashbrittle, who topped Division Two last summer without losing a game, are home to Bridgetown, East Huntspill, who finished runner-up to Ashbrittle, are away to Morebath, while third-placed Churchinford are away to Stoke St Mary.

Kilve, who lost only one match in winning the first division championship, begin the defence of their title with a home game against Over Stowey.

Crowcombe, relegated from the first division, begin their bid to get back up to the top division with a home game against Winsford.

Watchet, who went through last summer without losing a game in Division Three, are home to Stoodleigh.
