THE boys from Wellington Walking Football Club have taken part in their annual Christmas hats versus Christmas jumpers match for charity.

This year’s charity was CoppaFeel which raises awareness of early detection of breast cancer in young men and women.

It was a very close game at Taunton Vale Sports Centre with the hats just winning by the odd goal in a competitive game - a great way to start the celebrations for Christmas and the New Year.

A big thank-you goes to everyone who took part in the match which was played on a Thursday evening.

The club play every Wednesday at Taunton Vale Sport Centre (from 6p.m. tp 7p.m.). Sessions are held inside during the winter months and outside during the summer.
