SPLIT Pins have opened up a three-point lead at the top of the Wellington Ladies Skittles League.

They gained their fourth successive victory when they beat Wobbly Pins by 16 pins, while second-placed Muppets lost for the first time, going down by 13 pins to Wanderers.
