COTTAGE Pies will be looking to maintain their unbeaten record when they play Holywell Lake in Wellington Ex-Services Skittles League’s Gerald Thorne Championship at the Vic (downstairs) on Friday, January 17.

Apart from being held to a draw, the Pies have won all their games and are sitting nicely six points clear at the top of the table.

However, Holywell Lake have lost only three matches this winter and will be looking to step up the pressure at the top..

Reservists, who are lying second and are within striking distance of the leaders, play sixth-placed Relyon at the RG Institute.

In the battle of the basement teams Report Centre A, who have won only one of their 12 matches this winter, play Club Rockers, winners of only two games, at the White Horse, Bradford on Tone.
