WELLINGTON Summer Pool League was played to its conclusion on finals night at The Vic.

The singles final was won by Ed Williams of Mutts Nutts who beat Dave Darch of Legends.

In the Micro Check Cup Paul Marks of SS Squad beat Luke Veale of Mutts Nutts. The team knock out followed with Mutts Nutts beating Pot Black 8-4 to take the winning trophy. There was some great pool played on the night and throughout the season. Other trophies given out on the night were to Red Division leaders Mutts Nutts, runners up SS Squad. Yellow division winners Two Tees, runners up Here for the Beer. Red division ratings winner Aiden Hodge of Changing Lanes. Runners up Ed Williams. Yellow division ratings winner Martin Robert’s, runner up James Green both of Two Tees.

Doubles winner went to Aiden Hodge and Mark Kerslake of Changing Lanes with runners up going to Sam Cottrell and Gary Newall of Mutts Nutts.  Special thanks go to The Vic and Helen for the food. And with the close of the Summer League see the commencement  of the winter league. There will be an AGM at the RWGWM club Thursday 4 September at 8 pm with league action starting a week or two later.
