POT Blacks have lost their unbeaten record in the Wellington & District Pool League, despite an eight ball clearance from Andy Dart.

Their victors were Changing Lanes who pulled off a 9-6 victory with a hat-trick from Mike Lane

Mutts Nutts move into top position and are the only team to remain unbeaten, dropping just one frame in the match in beating Legends 14-1.

SS Squad gained a 12-3 win against a short sided Old Blues, with Adrian Gaines, Paul Marks and Darren Copp winning all their games.

Pocket Rockets were also short sided and hat tricks from Neil Perks and Chris Wells gave Here for the Beer a 11-4 win. Hat tricks from Tom Davies and Rich Maslen saw Snipers beat The Jets 10-5.

Two Tees enjoyed a close match despite having a strong start, going 7-3 up. James Green won all his games to secure a 8-7 win against Rows Rebels.

Meanwhile, Mutt Nutts now have a three-point lead at the top of the table with Pot Blacks a close second, both teams having played six matches. SS Squad are lying third with 67 points, while Two Tees are fourth, nine points further back.

Jets are bottom and have still to get off the mark.
