WELLINGTON Under 10s travelled to Ilchester on a wet Sunday morning for an additional game in the league, and from the very first whistle, they took control of the proceedings. Wellington's slick passing football allowed them to dictate the tempo of the match from the outset.

The visitors deployed their trademark "bounce ball" game to perfection, seamlessly switching the point of attack whenever the opportunity presented itself. Throughout the contest, the Wellington players communicated brilliantly, providing each other with valuable information to help maximize their effectiveness on the pitch.

The opening goal came courtesy of striker Louis Molloy, who demonstrated his predatory instincts by pouncing on a loose ball in the box and firing it home. Molloy would go on to add a second, showcasing his poacher's touch once more to double Wellington's advantage.

Not to be outdone, midfielder Jude Norman then produced a moment of magic, unleashing a thunderous strike from 20 yards out that crashed in off the underside of the crossbar, leaving the Ilchester goalkeeper with no chance.

It was a fantastic team performance from Wellington, with every player producing a near-perfect display. The solid defensive work, incisive passing, and clinical finishing were a testament to the squad's quality and cohesion.
