MINEHEAD, whose players reported back for pre-season football training on Saturday, play their first warm-up game at Irnham Road when they meet a Bishops Lydeard XI next Wednesday, July 10 (7p.m.).

Other friendlies are: Friday, July 12 home v North Molton (7.30p.m.); Wednesday, July 17 home v Wellington (7.45p.m.); Saturday, July 20 away v Uphill Castle; Wednesday, July 24 home v Staplegrove (7.45p.m.); Saturday July 27 home v Elmore (3.30p.m.).

Minehead manager Craig Carr is promising to use as many players as possible in these friendlies. There have been one or two new faces at training.
