OUTDOOR sport in the Wellington area took another bid hit from the wet weather today (Sat).

Wellington's rugby match at home to Sidmouth was called off early this morning with two inches of surface water on the pitch.

Wellington's football game against Falmouth at the Playing Field was also a casualty of the bad weather with pools of water everywhere.
