NYNEHEAD hot shot Abbey Ling has won the silver medal at the UK Championships - with a score of 93 out of 100.

One of the best in the country for some years, Abbey missed out on gold by one clay - and finished fifth overall,

She has also been selected by Great Britain for the European Championships in Croatia, on September 20, and is looking to win a place for the Olympic Games.
