A YOUNG Wellington artist is set to show his work for the first time at an upcoming Taunton exhibition.
Kevin Kovacs, 8, is a self-taught artist, known locally for his paintings of old buildings and boats which are regularly shared on Facebook.
Having won the Copley prize and The Sun Christmas Card Competition in the last year, Kevin now looks forward to his first exhibition which will be held at the Tacchi-Morris Arts Centre in Taunton until the end of February.

The artist’s mum and local photographer, Natalia Kovacs, said: “Both me and his father are very happy and proud! Whatever he chooses in his future to pursue we will always support him.”
The exhibition will run from Tuesday, February 25 until Tuesday, April 29.
