A city break escape is yours to win in the Somerset West Lottery.

The council-run lottery is putting up the holiday as a bonus prize in its May draw.

Everyone who buys one more tickets between May 2 and May 27 will be in with the chance to win a European city break.

Possible destinations include Barcelona, Paris and Florence - with the prize put up courtesy of Gatherwell, a lottery management firm.

All tickets bought during the period will be in with a chance of bagging the break, in addition to £25,000 in cash.

In the lottery's most recent draw on April 22, there were seven lucky winners won cash - as part of the scheme which raises money for good causes.

The Somerset West Lottery gives 50 pence out of every pound toward local good causes, with 10 pence going toward a community grant fund.
