Wellington residents are invited to a walking tour of 'Devon's best kept secret' this weekend.

Taking place on Saturday June 3 and Sunday June 4 from 10am to 4pm, the 'Welly Walks' tour invites residents to explore the new Oak Mount development in Hemyock.

During the tour, walkers will enjoy the rural views as seen from the development, which is set within the Blackdown Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

A four-bedroom show home will be open to the public, so they can get an inside look at the Cavanna Homes development.

Oak Mount comprises 40 homes, serviced by air source heat pumps, and said to be fitted with excellent insulation and double glazed windows.
