A LOG cabin home near Uffculme was destroyed by fire which broke out in the early hours of Friday (December 27).
Three fire crews attended from Wellington, Cullompton, and Middlemoor after the alarm sounded just before 12.30 am.
They used compressed air foam, one main and two hose reel jets, but could not save the building from the blaze, which was said to be accidental.
