BOTH of Wellington’s fire engines were mobilised on Tuesday morning (April 23) as they raced to an incident on the M5.

Fire control had been alerted to an incident involving two commercial vehicles, between junctions 26 and 27, at around 10.20am.

On arrival, fire fighters found no people trapped or injured and worked with highways teams to ensure the scene was safe before leaving.
