TOWN centre businesses in Wellington are being invited to get involved in this summer’s annual street fair.

The fair is said to a great opportunity for independent businesses and other members of the community to engage with each other, says Wellington Town Council.

All town centre businesses are invited to join in with the event. Like previous fairs, High Street and South Street will be closed from 6am to 6pm. The event will run from 10am to 4pm.

The road closures will affect deliveries and access to businesses on High Street and South Street so people are urged to plan accordingly.

The event will be held on Saturday June 1.
