The Wellington Walking Group is leading walks in and around the town every Monday and Thursday.
The organisation, which is part of Somerset Health Walks, is a volunteer run group that leads twice weekly walks across nine sites in and around Wellington.
The walks range between a moderate and gentle pace, taking between half an hour and an hour and a quarter depending on the route and speed.
Somerset Health Walks says the outings: "Can help you to feel good, to have more energy, to sleep better and to manage your weight. There are so many benefits from health walking - we're sure you'll see a difference in yourself even after your first walk!"
The walks are free to attend, and are made accessible to people of all abilities and ages.
Marian Cracknell, a walk leader said: "We welcome anyone interested to come and find out if it something they would enjoy. We are a friendly and sociable group.
