BISHOP Michael of Bath and Wells and his family will be visiting Wiveliscombe on Saturday April 29.

He will be walking sections of the Brendon Towers Way, a 20-mile walk linking the eight churches in the Wiveliscombe area.

It will be an all-day event in conjunction with the Wivey Walkers, which will start and finish at St. Andrew’s Church.

People not familiar with the walk can purchase a leaflet with a map, directions, and information about all eight churches at Wiveliscombe Post Office and the Community Office for £1.
