Senior figures at the Swallowfields factory in Wellington are set to meet with residents to resolve a row over noise.
In a letter sent to residents of Springfield Road, the firm extended an invitation to meet with bosses to discuss ongoing noise concerns.
The meeting is set to be held at the Wellington Rigby Club, with the operations director, safety manager and HR director in attendance.
In the letter, Swallowfields pledged to listen to resident's concerns and provide updates on work carried out so far to combat noise coming from the site.
It is understood while some residents have reported they are not at all disturbed by the factory, others have complained they cannot keep their windows open at night because of the noise.
The aerosol factory is one of the town's major employers, with around 200 workers. It was acquired by Canada-based Knowlton Development Corporation (KDC/One) in 2019.
KDC/One were approached for comment but did respond before publication.
