THE annual Milverton Street Fair this year raised a record £5,964, money which local charity The Milverton Trust will distribute to organisations in the village.

The community event is held annually on the first Bank Holiday in May and the increased profits were largely attributed to the trust running a burger stall and the Prosecco bar and some price revision for stalls.
