A MAN at the centre of a concern for welfare incident on a bridge over the M5 motorway near junction 25 last month has since died in hospital.
The motorway was closed at about 4.30am on May 20 while emergency response teams attended.
A mandatory referral has been made to the Independent Office for Police Conduct due to prior police contact.
