POLICE have confirmed inquiries continue in the hunt for two men who disguised themselves with Asda carrier bags in an alleged ‘estate raid.’

Officers have carried out door to door inquiries after a masked duo were reported to have smashed up a white Ford Fiesta in Rockwell Green on Saturday, February 3.

Police had not made any arrests as of Wednesday, February 28, in the search for the raiders who appear to have caused hundreds of pounds of damage.

In an appeal to the public for information a spokesperson for Avon and Somerset Police said: “Two men reportedly smashed the windscreen and light cluster of a white Ford Fiesta.

“Officers are following up lines of enquiry and reviewing CCTV and doorbell footage.

“If you have any dashcam footage of the area at the time or any other information which could help please call 101 and give the reference 5224029841.”
