COMMUTERS are being warned to expect delays on the M5 following a crash near the Devon and Somerset border this morning (October 7).

Devon County Council travel updates state the incident is causing queuing traffic on the northbound carriageway at junction 28, Cullompton.

People are urged to take care as there is also congestion on the A373 Honiton Road.

Inrix, which provides national traffic data, said: “M5 Northbound partially blocked, queueing traffic due to accident at J28 A373 Honiton Road (Cullompton / Service Area)."
