A TAUNTON church is hosting an upcoming remembrance spectacular in aid of an armed forces charity.

The Taunton Concert Band, with their special guests, Taunton Deane Male Voice Choir, will be performing at St James’ Church on Saturday, October 26, to raise money for the armed forces charity SSAFA.
An organiser of the event said: "The combination of the terrifically talented members of the Taunton Concert Band and the gentlemen of the Taunton Deane Male Voice Choir promises to make this a memorable evening.
“Local volunteers are passionate about the work they do and funds will all stay in Somerset to benefit those who put themselves in harm’s way for all of us".
The event will take place at St James’ Church, Taunton, on October 26 at 7.30pm with refreshments available.
