Construction of the 68 bedroom facility is set to begin later this year.
The home will feature ensuite bathrooms, secure landscaped grounds and amenities spaces.

"In addition to exceeding sustainability requirements, the application proposal will also bring a significant boost to the local community through the creation of approximately 100 permanent jobs."
In a statement submitted to planners, KWL Architects, who designed the home, said:
"The care home will provide specialist, dementia care, residential care, respite care, and an environment that will fully meet a modern, dynamic care environment, in accordance with residential care homes and nursing homes defined by PPGs design guidance on housing for older and disabled people.
"The facilities offered will include en-suite bedrooms with a range of excellent communal and amenity spaces incorporating a café, multi-purpose room, hairdressers, lounges, dining areas and quiet rooms.
