A free 8-week course in mindfulness therapy is being offered by Wellington Counselling.
The mindfulness based therapy course will be facilitated by registered mindfulness practitioner Chris Barker.
The free online course is open to anybody aged 18 years or over, and is designed to give attendees the tools to overcome loneliness.
Wellington Counselling said: "This is a mindfulness-based therapy course by registered mindfulness practitioner Chris Barker. Each session builds upon what was learned in the previous week so you will need to take part every week."
All counsellors with Wellington Counselling are members of a nationally recognised professional counselling or psychotherapy registers.
