WELLINGTON School will be putting on a production of Roald Dahl’s Charlie and the Chocolate Factory from Wednesday, October 2.

The fast-selling show will run for three days at Wellington School from 7pm.

The Director, Georgia Micheals, said: “Charlie and the Chocolate Factory has been such a joyous experience for everyone involved, from working out how do we blow up Violet, throw Veruca down the shoot, drown Augustus in chocolate, or even make Mike Teavee into a tiny person.

“The students have approached every idea with enthusiasm and glee. Especially when they get to use the trap door. It is wonderful to see so much energy in their approach to rehearsals and their passion to make the show the best it can be.

“We have a cast full of talent and I can't wait for the audience to enjoy it as much as we have.”
